Our Policies
- All bookings must be confirmed via email or SMS. Unconfirmed appointments may not be honored.
- If you book an appointment online and the barber is still busy with another client when you arrive, it simply means you are next in line and will be served immediately afterward.
- Home Calls: Pricing is based on the distance (calculated in kilometers) plus the cost of the haircut or service you select.
- If you need to reschedule an appointment made online, you must do so at least 15 hours before your originally selected date and time.
